Founded in 1998 by Andrew and Bozena Moroz, San Diego-based Analytical Chemical Labs, Inc. (ACL) provides laboratory services for environmental compliance and consumer/industrial hygiene.

Since 1994, we have worked extensively with shipbuilders in Southern California and Hawaii needing to analyze materials and maintain records for government compliance.

Calif. Water Board Environmental Laboratory Accreditation (ELAP #2505) and maintain proficiency in ELAP programs in FoT 101, 102, 103, 107, 108, 109, 114, 115, 117 and 120.

We maintain a comprehensive Quality Assurance Program that meets and exceeds regulatory agency requirements. The program is regularly updated to provide our clients with scientifically-sound and legally defensible testing.


This extends to the use of laboratory control standards, method blanks, matrix/spike (and duplicates), surrogates, replicates, and the monitoring of sampling dates/times for holding time compliance.
